Ready to learn & celebrate: Clients set for YASC San Diego

YASC 2025

The Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference (YASC) packs a lot into three days: expert-led classes to nurture business growth, networking to foster valuable connections, oceanside entertainment to create a lifetime of memories. YASC San Diego, happening September 3-5, is a world-class event for thousands of clients seeking a roadmap to success in property management and investment. Classes, roundtables, client panels and peer interactions provide a sneak preview of new tools for harnessing AI, innovative Yardi strategies and industry trends shaping the future.

“It’s interesting to see how we use the software and how others use it. We solve each other’s problems,” said Sean Glander, who attended YASC San Diego in 2024 on behalf of retail property owner, operator and developer Big V Property Group of Charlotte, N.C.

“I work with Yardi representatives all the time, but there’s something different about being able to get with them in person and talk through issues,” said Carol Downey of Baltimore-based Brightview Senior Living.

Another YASC San Diego 2024 attendee, Cindy Shukla of property manager Gates Hudson in Fairfax, Virginia, gained value from seeing “how the product can be used as well as what’s in the pipeline. I look forward to seeing where the company is going and where they’re taking their products.”

And, oh yes, YASC San Diego also features unforgettable entertainment in the form of onsite social gatherings and exclusive live outdoor performances.

We’ll report more client perspectives and developments from YASC San Diego. Visit our website to learn about the dynamic possibilities available from the six in-person and one virtual YASCs that take place around the world every year.
