Wellness teams complete initial health assessments once, with residents’ level-of-care data automatically flowing into the CRM software. Leasing teams generate proposals and lease agreements faster, reducing manual steps and improving the prospect experience.

The Manor Village unified operations on one platform, connecting teams across the resident lifecycle. Centralized leasing, clinical assessments, accounting and operations data give all departments a clearer and more consistent view of resident information.
They reduced reliance on manual steps and paper-based steps with digital workflows for payments, leases, invoices, accounts payable and resident financial transactions, thanks to tools like Yardi Voyager Senior Housing and Yardi PayScan. RentCafe Senior Living Portal includes convenient online access to payments and documents for residents and their representatives.
“Yardi EHR has been a game changer for our staff,” according to Blais, because they can schedule assessments, generate service plans and create care tasks/ADLs that are all tracked directly in the system.
