After earning consistent recognition as a leading U.S. employer through the years, Yardi’s stature recently won the company another distinction: placement on the inaugural list of TIME’s Best Private Companies for 2026.
TIME and data firm Statista assessed input from approximately 217,000 current and former employees of U.S. companies to evaluate satisfaction with working conditions, salary, equality and other criteria.
Societal impact, employee satisfaction weighed
“The analysis highlights 500 privately owned companies ranked high on both employee satisfaction surveys and positive net impact on society, global knowledge and health, and the environment,” said TIME, which ranked Yardi No. 452 on the list. Positive net impact, the other component of the evaluation, comprises the net sum of a company’s societal costs and benefits across 19 subcategories.
“The Yardi team is proud that our dedication to client satisfaction, technological innovation and community service continues to earn widespread recognition,” said Rob Teel, Yardi’s CEO. “We thank our industry colleagues, clients, team members and other collaborators who contribute to this success.”
