Analyze the clinical drivers of net operating income (NOI) to manage value-based care. You can see all your communities and KPIs organized by financial, operational and clinical performance. This includes the portfolio level and the community level, with resident-risk level coming soon.

Acuity-based staffing

Ensure staff coverage aligns with resident needs. This staffing analysis tool shows the scheduled staff hours from your active care plans by day of the week and by shift. Then it analyzes care requirements at the resident, community and portfolio level. To optimize scheduling, it provides a recommended caregiver count.

Rate increase analysis

Forecast the financial impact of increasing rent and care rates. View analysis at the portfolio, community and resident level. Operators can model proposed changes and visualize their effects across revenue and care services.
