Does Aspire customize the course catalog for its clients, including custom Yardi processes unique to an organization?

While Aspire provides a comprehensive catalog of training content focused on best practices for using Yardi products, we do not typically customize the catalog for individual clients. However, Aspire offers easy-to-use tools that allow clients to customize content based on their specific needs. If your organization has unique Yardi processes that aren‘t included in the standard catalog, you can easily modify the content or add your own material to clarify those differences.

 

Additionally, the Yardi Partner Network consists of consultants trained to help clients tailor existing Aspire content or create entirely new courses to meet specific requirements. What if we already have a learning management system (LMS)?

Most organizations choose Aspire as their primary learning platform. However, if you need to retain an existing LMS, Aspire can also function as a secondary learning system.

 

Aspire courses can be linked and assigned from another LMS, allowing learners to launch training from their primary system and complete it in Aspire. Training opens in a separate tab, where Aspire delivers an engaging, role-based learning experience.

 

Using Aspire’s data export tools, completion data including course title, completion date, assessment scores and progress activity can be returned to the primary LMS. This approach preserves centralized reporting while allowing organizations to benefit from Aspire’s advanced content, design and learner experience.

Is Aspire content and the site available in languages other than English?

Aspire offers more than 100 bilingual courses in English and Spanish, along with a growing number of courses in English and Canadian French. Content covers core compliance, safety, HR and operational topics. Learners select their preferred language within each course, allowing organizations to track a single course per topic while avoiding assumptions about language preferences.

 

Aspire courses also include full transcripts formatted for use with screen readers, supporting learners with visual or hearing impairments.

 

In addition, AI-powered translation tools and built-in dashboard translation extend accessibility across languages and roles, helping promote learner equity across the organization.
