CommercialCafe (Tenant Portal)

We’ve introduced exciting new product updates to CommercialCafe, our solution designed to simplify life for tenants and property managers. With a self-service portal and a mobile app, tenants can easily make lease payments, submit maintenance requests, and access retail sales data online.

Multiple Languages

CommercialCafe now supports multiple languages, including Arabic, Czech, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Turkish. All email templates can also be translated into these languages, ensuring seamless communication with tenants across different regions.

Custom Surveys

We’ve added a new custom surveys feature so you can easily gather tenant feedback. You can now create reusable survey templates to streamline tenant engagement across campaigns and communications, whether you’re measuring tenant satisfaction, gathering feedback on building amenities, or running general surveys. With flexible question types, campaign settings, scheduling options, and robust analytics, you can gather valuable insights – whether tenants are on the CommercialCafe portal or not.

Enhanced Security with MFA

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now available in the Tenant Portal, adding an extra layer of security for users.

Online Payment Support

We’ve also introduced online payment support, making it easier for tenants to complete rent or other service charges related transactions securely within the portal.

Tenant Contact Status Reports

To enhance reporting capabilities, the new Tenant Contact Status report is now available in CommercialCafe Site Manager. This report allows property managers to track the registration status of individual or multiple contacts based on property, lease type, or lease ID, helping to streamline tenant management.

Upload Documents in CommercialCafe Site Manager

Property managers can now upload documents in the CommercialCafe Site Manager and make them visible to tenants across all properties in the tenant portal, improving access to critical information.

These updates enhance CommercialCafe’s ability to streamline tenant communication, strengthen security, and improve operational efficiency for both property managers and tenants.

Yardi Investment Manager (Investor Portal)

Improved visibility & control in the investor portal

Transaction Charts

The Investor Portal now includes transaction charts, providing a quick snapshot of transaction types, amounts, investors, and capital balances. These charts are fully configurable by type (e.g., equity, contributions) and period (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
