AI agents working to defined criteria
Only invoices that are valid and not on hold, under a defined maximum amount, not a duplicate and meet the accounting team’s approval settings are considered for auto-approval. Invoices that don’t qualify for automatic approval continue through normal approval workflows.
After Smart AP captures and codes an invoice, the dual agents that make up Smart Approval evaluate it against criteria that users define across GL accounts, properties, vendors, expense types, workflows and dollar thresholds.
