Oregon real estate company adds construction management and budgeting to new core platform

SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., Jan. 12, 2016 – Real estate developer and manager ScanlanKemperBard Companies (SKB) is unifying several property management operations within Yardi Voyager® 7S, a fully mobilized Software as a Service platform.

Yardi Voyager is the foundation of a single solution stack for SKB’s front office and back office operations. The company will manage construction budgeting, job cost and financials by adding Yardi Construction Management™, a full-service job costing and receivables solution built into Yardi Voyager. In addition, SKB will receive accurate budget projections for revenue and expenses from Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting™, a solution that uses the tenant lease data in Yardi Voyager to automate budgeting, forecasting, valuations and modeling.
