Senior CRM V8 mobile app
How to download: If you’re already using Senior CRM, get the Senior CRM mobile app from the App Store for iPhone or Google Play.
The new Senior CRM V8 app works with the latest version of Senior CRM built on Voyager 8.
With communications hub functionality built into the app, sales reps can call prospects, receive calls and get push notifications for incoming texts and emails. This helps them connect on the go and not miss communication when they’re away from their computers.
Yardi EHR Care mobile app
How to download: If you’re already using Yardi EHR, get the Yardi EHR Care app from the App Store for iPhone or Google Play.
The new Yardi EHR Care app is the latest version of the EHR Care Stream app. For real-time charting wherever care happens, it includes a resident summary view with task visibility (i.e., missed, due, PRN and chart by exception). Care staff can view or add to daily logs and progress notes. They can also view and send messages in the message center.
The app is easier to use with performance enhancements including improved navigation and faster load times.
Watch for future updates including vitals, community tasks, task prep and CIT notifications.
RentCafe Senior Living Portal resident & family mobile app
How to download: If you’re already using RentCafe Senior Living Portal in your communities, make sure your residents and their trusted representatives also have links to download the app from the App Store for iPhone or Google Play.
Enhance everyday living for residents and their families with the convenience of the resident app for RentCafe Senior Living Portal. Residents and loved ones can stay connected, manage daily tasks and access important services, all from the comfort of a smartphone or mobile device.
The app works seamlessly with RentCafe Senior Living Portal, so your communities see a consistent, unified experience across web and mobile. Residents, families and community staff can stay connected and engaged anytime, anywhere and on their preferred devices.
The app was rebuilt with the .NET Multi-platform App UI (MAUI) framework, which improves performance, streamlines navigation and makes it easier to access new features and updates when they are rolled out.
Other enhancements include:
- Residents and families can access their accounts more safely and easily with more secure log-in options, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and passwordless login.
- For communities using digital document signatures, residents and their designated representatives can review and sign documents in the app or on the web, with secure login options to protect their information.
- Residents and families can register for paid wellness activities directly in the app, and communities can choose to have charges added automatically — so staff don’t have to enter them manually.
