On the road again for Senior CRM & smarter sales

Presenters at Yardi Senior CRM Road Show in Toronto, November 2025

After successful stops in Atlanta and Toronto last fall, the Senior CRM Road Show is rolling into four additional cities this spring in California, Oregon, Texas and North Carolina.

Each stop brings together sales teams and marketers to explore CRM trends, AI innovation and strategies for stronger move-ins and smarter growth. The events give senior living leaders an opportunity to share best practices, explore new enhancements in Yardi Senior CRM and strengthen their CRM strategy.

The road to smarter senior living sales

The Senior CRM Road Show kicked off in Atlanta in October 2025 and continued in Toronto, connecting sales leaders, marketers and operators for practical insights and interactive product discussions. The events highlighted how CRM can serve as a leadership tool — helping teams increase visibility and improve their occupancy approach from inquiry to move-in.

In Toronto, a presenter from ActiveDEMAND joined Senior CRM team members from Yardi: Manager Candace Seidle and Senior Consultant Kristine Schrudder. ActiveDEMAND is part of the standard interface partner program for Senior CRM.

Insights from under the hood

Here are a few key takeaways from the event:

  • Conversion rates for inquiry-to-tour, tour-to-deposit and inquiry-to-move-in for Senior CRM clients continue to exceed published benchmarks from competing CRM tools.
  • Virtuoso AI support is here and delivering real results at scale. Teams get answers quickly to maintain sales momentum.
  • AI is embedded directly into the sales process. Call transcripts, communication summaries, message rewrites and call scoring help sales counselors follow up faster, respond more effectively and prioritize the right prospects.
  • Accountability is built into Senior CRM workflows with lead manager and sales activity reports and real-time dashboards. Leadership teams can connect sales counselor activities directly to lead stages, monitor pipeline age and improve results.
  • More digital leads are coming in, but Senior CRM shows which actually lead to move-ins and revenue, so you can spend smarter.
  • Electronic leasing helps communities move in residents, reduce paperwork and start collecting revenue sooner.
  • Connected systems keep marketing and prospect data in sync, giving sales teams a full view from first website click to move-in.

Merge into the fast lane with connected systems

The partnership between Senior CRM and ActiveDEMAND helps senior living operators improve attribution visibility and streamline follow-up workflows. By syncing marketing engagement data directly into Senior CRM, operators gain a unified view of prospect activity. Senior living teams can automatically sync web activity, lead details and communication history across both platforms, including:

  • Website form fills and landing page submissions
  • Campaign source attribution and multi-touch marketing insights
  • Email and SMS engagement activity
  • Marketing automation workflows triggered by lead stage and move-in status
  • Duplicate lead detection and return visitor tracking

This connected data helps sales and marketing teams shift into high gear. Sales counselors have real-time visibility into prospect engagement. Marketing teams can measure true ROI tied to inquiry, tour and move-in outcomes.
