Yardi® announced this week that it has acquired Enerliance, a leading developer of energy efficiencEnerliancey software.

Enerliance produces the Load Based Optimization System (LOBOS), an intelligent HVAC platform that significantly reduces energy consumption in large buildings and campuses.  LOBOS also enables automated demand response participation and system-level fault detection and diagnostics.

Enerliance team members will continue serving customers from their offices in Irvine, Calif.
