RentCafe Digital Key integrates directly with Voyager and CRM IQ, so access management is built into your operations instead of requiring another system to manage.

When a resident moves in, a digital key is automatically delivered through the RentCafe resident app and property staff access is removed. When the resident moves out, access is automatically revoked and staff access is restored for the unit turn.

Maintenance workflows are built in as well. When a work order is created, unit access for the assigned technician is created alongside it.

The result is a connected access management system that reduces manual coordination, eliminates physical keys and keeps operations moving efficiently.

Guest access can be granted and revoked directly from the resident portal, and residents can see who has access to their unit at any time. If their smartphone battery dies, a keypad PIN provides a reliable backup entry method.
