Is this a bundle of separate products or one platform?
It’s one platform. Every product shares the same data so your leasing, operations, maintenance and accounting teams all work from the same record with no integrations to manage between them.
How is AI built into Virtuoso Enterprise?
Virtuoso is Yardi’s AI platform and it runs across every product in Virtuoso Enterprise. It’s built directly into the workflows your teams use every day, from leasing and resident communications to maintenance and accounting. When all of those workflows share one system, AI works with the full picture rather than a fragment of it.
Does Virtuoso Enterprise work for my portfolio size?

What are Agents?

Can my executives query portfolio data directly?
Yes. The Virtuoso Connector links your live data to Claude so executives and asset managers can ask questions about the portfolio in plain language and get answers in real time. Additional AI model connectors are on the roadmap.
What does implementation look like?
Your Yardi team will work with you on a phased implementation approach designed to reduce disruption and get your team productive quickly. The goal is to start where the pain is highest and build from there. Portal login support is included at no additional cost. Since August 2025, Yardi’s Call Center has handled more than 194,000 portal login calls on behalf of clients, returning over 25,500 productive hours to property staff.
We already use some Yardi products. Can we upgrade to Virtuoso Enterprise?
Yes. If you’re already on Voyager or individual Yardi products, Virtuoso Enterprise consolidates everything into one agreement. Your existing configuration carries over and there’s no migration required. Talk to your Yardi account manager about what upgrading looks like for your portfolio.
