Founded in 2004, Sniper Capital manages assets of over $500 million within three specialized funds: The Macau Property Opportunities Fund, Macau Leisure Income Fund, and Macau Sniper Fund.

Founded in 2004, Sniper Capital manages assets of over $500 million within three specialized funds: The Macau Property Opportunities Fund, Macau Leisure Income Fund, and Macau Sniper Fund. In the last nine years, the company has broadened its geographic reach port beyond Macau’s city limits to include the Western Pearl River Region of Southern China.

Development projects include luxury multifamily apartments, retail, warehousing, and entertainment properties, with a focus on undervalued assets in emerging locations. The company will use Yardi Voyager to manage their diverse assets and investments.
