Watch Eileen Rainer, CFO of The Bristal Assisted Living, share success with unified financial data across all entities, saving time on access and analysis.

The right technology can transform financial operations across multiple communities in a senior living portfolio. With real-time access to data, streamlined processes and a unified financial foundation, senior living providers can make faster decisions and continue growing with confidence.

The Bristal Assisted Living found that managing finances across 26 communities can quickly become complicated, especially when systems are disconnected and data lives in silos. With the Yardi Senior Living Suite, they streamlined financial workflows, unified data and gained visibility across the entire portfolio.

In our latest testimonial video, CFO Eileen Rainer describes how The Bristal simplified multi-site financial operations and empowered teams with real-time insights. Read the highlights below or watch the video.

Working faster with more visibility

The Bristal Assisted Living struggled with siloed systems that led to duplicated vendor records and time-consuming reconciliation. With the Yardi Senior Living Suite, teams are now working faster, smarter and with more visibility, Rainer said.

“Now, with Yardi, it’s one chart of accounts across all the entities, one vendor list. It’s just streamlined all of our processes.”

Eliminating redundancy

Before implementing Yardi, each community had a separate chart of accounts and general ledger. Reporting across the portfolio required manual effort and introduced delays.

With Voyager Senior Housing, the backbone of the Yardi Senior Living Suite, The Bristal consolidated systems into one unified structure. This eliminated redundancy and increased data consistency.

Slicing & dicing data for real-time insights

Now, all key financial data flows directly into Voyager Senior Housing. Billing, revenue, wage data and financial statements are accessible in real time, not days or weeks later. “Whether it’s cash, financials or wages, we have it all in one place,” Rainer said.

Today it’s easy to run multiple reports at once and deliver them on demand. Because “we can slice and dice data across different portfolios and regions,” she said staff can respond quickly to unique requests from internal stakeholders and partners.
