Welcome to the Yardi Forum, our premier training event for Affordable Housing and PHA, taking place March 18-19, 2026, at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. With over 60 specialized courses, it’s safe to say that training is the heart of this event. Training is designed for professionals who rely on solutions every day for operations, finance, compliance and resident services.

Now, if you’re a frequent YASC-goer, you may be thinking, “Why would I need to attend The Forum if I already went to, or have plans to attend, YASC?” Here’s what we’ll say about that: YASC is BIG, and it includes all real estate markets.

But here’s what sets The Forum apart. It’s exclusively for Affordable Housing and PHA folks, making it a networking experience like no other. Everyone you’ll bump into shares two things with you: they’re in the housing industry, and they’re fellow Yardi users.

It’s the perfect time to meet with professionals who share the work you do. Maybe collaborate and learn technology strategies other agencies are using. You’ll also have a chance to sit down with experts in person and talk through some of the challenges you’re facing, as well as your future initiatives.

Where is the Yardi Forum?

We chose Boston as the Forum’s host city for 2026. And what better time to be in Boston than St. Patrick’s Day? You’ll get to experience it during one of the most iconic weeks of the year and maybe experience a little luck of the Irish as you dive into some of the new things we have in store for you this year.

Take a walk along the Charles River, enjoy a light stroll through the brick-lined streets or taste a lobster roll in one of America’s oldest cities.

Boston is home to some of the world’s most prestigious universities, but even if you don’t stop by Harvard or MIT, you’ll get all the time you need with the brains behind the Yardi solutions right here at the Boston Marriott Copley Place.

Who should attend the Yardi Forum?

We’re trying something new this year! We’re including role-based tracks tailored for executives, compliance, intake and leasing, property management, accounting, IT/SPOC and more. This way, you know exactly which team member you should send and what classes they’ll get the most out of.

The Forum tracks highlight how teams across your organization use the Yardi suite to improve efficiency, collaboration and reporting. This way, everyone walks away with something valuable to their role.

What classes will be offered at the Yardi Forum?

Here’s a short list of courses that we think you’ll get the most out of this year. Add these to your agenda because they tend to fill up fast.

Beyond the notes: Networking is where the magic happens

After a full day of classes, or even just a couple of hours, there are endless opportunities to connect, such as the networking lounges, dining experiences and, of course, the Wednesday evening reception.

Oh, and we can’t forget about the Hallway Conversations — a favorite of Yardi industry principal Mark Livanec. It’s those moments in passing, whether you haven’t seen someone in years or are finally matching a face with a name, that really spark something. So don’t skip out on the coffee and snack breaks, because those are where the familiar and informal chats happen.

Share your story

Our marketing team will be conducting interviews during the Forum. You’ll have a chance to talk about your organization’s goals, select thought leadership topics and your journey with our solutions thus far.

While the camera and microphone might seem overwhelming, we promise it’s far from that. You don’t need to be media-trained to put yourself out there. Just come and talk about your journey. If you mix up your words, we have an editing team for that. If you need a retake, we’ve got time for that. Our goal is to make this easy and inviting. Just think of it as a conversation rather than a testimonial.

We encourage you to try something new and get something valuable to use in your own portfolio and your organization. See our previous success stories.

Get social with us!

Our social media team will be walking around taking photos and short video clips of you and your team enjoying the conference. This is a great opportunity to gather photographs you can use on your website and social media pages. We may ask you to join in on fun videos! That way, colleagues who couldn’t attend this year can follow along.

Follow along with the event and see what we’ve done in the past on Yardi’s LinkedIn page for Affordable Housing and PHA.

And most importantly, do not forget to register for The Yardi Forum. Registrations close on February 23.
