Canada has taken greater control over online property information than the U.S., and the syndication will allow for much wider dissemination of listing details. CREA member listing exposure will be optimized for online buyers, and new listing accuracy measures will maintain the high levels of data consistency and integrity on key real estate consumer portals and search engines across Canada.

When the realtor in Canada enters their data into the MLS, they can then have it distributed to a number of different places without having to reenter the data.”
