Kevin Yardi is a VP at Yardi Systems, whose motto is "Take care of our clients, employees, and communities, stay focused and grow." His focus at Yardi aligns to these goals primarily for it clients that have commercial real estate in their portfolios. With close to 7,000 employees, Kevin also works to ensure that the organization have an environment that empowers, encourages and nurtures its employees so that they can best serve its customers. He previously spent 10 years in the technology consulting sector at Deloitte and IBM focused on functional consulting for large, transformational ERP implementations for Fortune 500 companies.
