What it does

Additional factors
Yardi Data Connect relies on an externally scripted data flow from Microsoft to reach in and pull data from the Yardi database on a schedule. That means that the data is only as fresh as the most recent pull. Each time data is pulled, a query being run against the server is run, which can have a performance impact.
Yardi Replicate
What it does
Yardi Replicate enables real-time replication of Yardi database data to any destination environment such as Snowflake, Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure. This is table-level data replication using a technology called Change Data Capture (CDC), which is extremely efficient and fast.
The benefits
Yardi Replicate allows sophisticated operators to build advanced reporting infrastructure using real-time data from Yardi as a source. Any data that exists in the Yardi database is available to be included in the replication, and it will have almost no impact on the performance of the production environment.
Additional factors
Yardi Replicate provides raw, table-level data with no preprocessing of the data into dimension and fact tables. It’s up to the technical team to build out the appropriate data queries at the destination.
Yardi Virtuoso Connectors
What it does
Have questions you want answered in plain language? Yardi Virtuoso Connectors enables governed access to live market, operational and financial Yardi data through your language model of choice, without the need for manual exports. Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini will all be supported.

Additional factors
While LLMs are incredibly powerful, they are also creative, which means they tend to do things slightly differently each time they’re asked. This means that they’re not a suitable replacement for standard reporting and BI platforms. Rather, they can augment those tools by exploring data on an ad-hoc basis, potentially even creating prototype reports that can be deployed at scale elsewhere.
