TRACS 2.0.3.A HUD Industry change is around the corner. Please stay tuned for additional information from our Client Services Department in July 2017. We will be conducting webinars to help our clients understand how these changes affect your Yardi products.
Current TRACS timeline:
August 1, 2017 – First day 203A TRACS files will be accepted.
October 31, 2017 – Last day 202D TRACS files will be accepted.
November 1, 2017 – All TRACS files must be version 203A.
All clients should start preparing to upgrade to the latest version prior to transitioning any properties to TRACS 2.0.3.A as our latest release will contain the new requirements.
