Yardi Adds Jon Loomer, Formerly with J.D. Edwards, to Commercial Sales Team

SANTA BARBARA, CA, August 28, 2006 – Yardi is pleased to announce the hiring of industry veteran, Jon Loomer, formerly with J.D. Edwards, to the global commercial solutions sales team. Jon has a strong history of working in the real estate, property management and construction industries. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1978, with a degree in accounting, and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) shortly thereafter.

Jon’s initial foray into the public workplace began with a Denver-based CPA firm that audited commercial construction companies, and followed that up with opportunities in the commercial construction, real estate development, property management and homebuilding industries. Jon joined J.D. Edwards in 1991 (later acquired by Peoplesoft and Oracle), where he spent 8 years handling post-sales professional services software installations (real estate, construction, engineering, property management), and an additional 5 years as a sales consultant selling software to the same group. For the past 2 years, Jon has worked in the Oracle corporate office providing real estate resource expertise to the front-line sales force.

In his new position he will report to Alan James, leader of the Yardi Commercial Solutions Sales team, and will focus on aggressive growth strategy for the commercial market, including investment management. “I am extremely excited with the opportunity to join Yardi”, he says. “Yardi has been a formidable competitor that I have respected for many years.
