Smart Lease is fully embedded within Yardi Voyager. It’s not a third-party add-on or integration to manage. It operates within the same platform that already houses tenant records, billing cycles, accounts receivable and lease amendments, creating a seamless experience for Voyager users.
When a new lease is ready for processing, simply upload the document into Voyager. From there, Smart Lease uses optical character recognition (OCR) and AI models trained on your lease structures and property configurations to identify and extract key data points, including spaces, square footage, rent schedules, escalations, percentage rent and critical clauses. The system then maps that information directly to the appropriate Voyager lease fields, significantly reducing the time and effort typically required for manual data entry.
A review process designed for accuracy
Importantly, Smart Lease is designed to support your team’s expertise rather than replace it. After the initial AI extraction, users can review and validate the captured data within an intuitive interface.
If additional clauses or details need to be included, users can interact directly with the document by selecting relevant sections, linking them to Voyager fields and adding them to the abstraction. No workarounds or external tools. Once the review is complete, Smart Lease automatically populates the lease record in Voyager with the finalized data. This ensures consistency and accuracy throughout the system.
