- Hi, my name is Tiffany Walsh, and I am the director of marketing with Nolan Living. Nolan Living is a vertically integrated real estate investment and management firm. We own and operate over 6,300 units across seven states. We chose REACH because of their expertise in the multifamily industry. Before implementing REACH by RentCafe, we were really just guessing at, you know, what marketing sources were driving results for us. And with REACH by RentCafe, we don't have to guess anymore. PPC and SEO strategy gave us the ability to have more measurable results. It was a more cost-effective way to reach our renters. SEO and PPC has impacted our rental income tremendously as well. So SEO rental income has been over 10 million, and our PPC rental income has been over 6 million. Our ROAS with our SEO is $143 to every dollar spent. It's generating the most leases, our highest rental income, and our lowest cost per lease. LCP Media gives us the ability to be able to show and highlight our floor plans on our floor plan page. TourBuilder has improved the way we showcase our properties. It's incredibly convenient now for the renter. So the renter can go on our website on Google, and they can take a virtual tour anywhere, and they can also tour the exact apartment they're looking for. We are able now to give that renter journey through the feature floor plan page. We can also show our virtual tours within our interactive site map, and we can also show our virtual tours within our Google listings. The REACH by RentCafe team and the services team are really truly an extension of my marketing team. I enjoy our monthly calls that we have. I can reach out to them at any point, and they're always really quick to respond. So I do consider the REACH by RentCafe team a true extension of my marketing team.
