Hello, my name is Syndell Lawhon. I'm the VP of Wellness for Vitality Living. We have 27 communities currently, we provide services for seniors in independent living, assisted living, and memory care. We had nurses trying to do Excel spreadsheets, which is not our, it's not our talent, right? We just don't do spreadsheets that well. And so we really did spend a lot of time taking data, inputting it into a form that we could really use it. With senior iq, you can get any kind of data sliced any way you want, and then use that data to make changes in practice that impact the resident on a daily basis. One of the things that we do is we track our move-ins and move outs and what level of care they are. So if we have several move outs that are a higher level of care, we can go to our referral sources and pinpoint exactly the kind of residents that would fit into our structure, our staffing model already. It has impacted resident outcomes along with giving us a competitive advantage, and that is just a win-win, right? That's a win all the way around. The thing that I'm most excited about doing with this data is to teach nurses ,from our regional nurses to our frontline nurses, how to use data to improve resident outcomes. You could use data to make better decisions. You can use data to better use your staff in a way that makes revenue for your community, and then you can reinvest that revenue into all kinds of things, right, to better the resident's everyday life. That that's really where I'll see the future going.
