- My experience with Yardi has been excellent. It has definitely helped improve productivity. We took 18 applications and went down to 6 when we moved into Yardi. So it's been much easier. It's better for the business. It's better for us to support. (upbeat music) I'm Tom Sarracino, director of business application services at Brookfield. - My name is Christopher Leung. I'm the vice president of technology team, part of Brookfield Properties corporate. We know Yardi's dedicated to real estate. No other product offer that dedication and resources towards one industry and one industry only. - It does so many different things. There's a lot of features that are in there. Don't overlook what the application does. - We were able to fit a lot of our end-to-end process into Yardi. So the ability to do what we had 25 to 30 different applications and compressing that into one source of truth. We like to say that quite a bit. When we first got onto Yardi it was that having a lot of our business processes on one platform, one source of truth, real time. - And they're not a stale product. They keep growing, they keep evolving. They listen to the customer, what do you need? They'll make a change for you, and then eventually you'll wind up seeing that come out into the products. I don't think I've ever had an application provide better support. - We have the team since our first go live still working with us today. So that continuity and that trust and confidence that have built over time, that's very invaluable to where we are today. (upbeat music)
