- The benefits of working with the REACH and RentCafe marketing team is for me, night and day. Our return on ad spend is $153 return for every dollar spent, which is just ridiculous in a great way. I am Dalia Kalgreen, I am the VP of stuff and I work at Unified Residential. We have just about 5,000 units, primarily in multifamily and we own in about six different states. I was not happy with our provider because there were so many limitations on what you could do with a website, and it wasn't working very functional. So when I vetted companies out REACH was one that stood out to me, because they care very much about your SEO. They provide information to improve your website. REACH has done a phenomenal job on marrying your SEO with your GEO and all of that is encompassed with the PPC campaigns that we have. When you think about money you spend on marketing, organic is gold all day long. Our dedicated and ongoing SEO has impacted our rental income by $9.1 million. Cost per lease usually is between two to $400. For us, it's $90 because of working with the REACH team and RentCafe marketing, they're that good at what they do. I see digital marketing shifting through a term I mentioned quite a bit, and that is GEO. Generative engine searches are a big, big thing that are happening right now. On one of my last calls with RentCafe Marketing and REACH, they brought it up and we all nerded out together about where this is going and how we can improve our data. Being able to talk to an agency that gets it, knows that that's the future and is already taking steps to make sure that we are part of that was phenomenal. That's when you know you actually have a partner in this and not just somebody selling you something. (bright music)
