My name is Chris Petrozzian. I'm Senior Team Lead of Aspire Client Services, and I've been with Yardi for nine and a half years. My name is Archie Busquera. I'm a Technical Account Manager with the Yardi Aspire Client Success team. My name is Arlene Richardson. I'm a Senior Technical Account Manager on the Yardi Aspire team, and I've been here for nine and a half years. In my role, I'm working with HR specialists. I'm working with trainers from different companies. I'm working with IT people. So in terms of my collaboration, I'm working with a full company and their training team to ensure that Aspire can meet their needs of their entire staff in terms of training, in terms of documenting and reporting who's completing trainings, and we schedule out different calls so we can go through all our features, ensure that their needs are met as a company, but also that they feel satisfied with the product. Partnership, I'd say, is everything with Aspire. In my time here, we've done a diligent job of being able to go through and really listen to our clients, take the time to hear them, and really understand how we can partner with them to make their training goals a reality. Aspire's content's different because it's interactive engagement. So traditionally, you can think about traditional training methods. We have some clients who do PowerPoints, and it's slides on a screen. They go into a room, and they present the information. With Aspire, we level that up. So clients are able to learn and take courses that have interactive elements to them. So when they finish this course and complete it, they can go into their day-to-day role and actually do the job efficiently. Once implementation ends, they have an entire team that helps them with their day-to-day. We're a very proactive team. It's just great for the clients to continue to come back and have roundtables. The partnership that we have is really great in that they're really invested in their platform, and we are invested in them. We are invested in what they need in terms of, do they have an enhancement or class that they want? And our team does a great job of listening and then being able to meet that. Success is really when I get that call from a client, and they are just so excited about their training. They've launched it. They've gone live. They've had so much great feedback from their students. They're excited about it. So it feels like it's now part of their culture, which is really great to hear. I think for me, success is just making sure that I'm meeting the needs of my clients. It's getting those emails where they're like, "Ah, it worked. I got it. I can do it now. Thank you. I appreciate it." When they get a product, they get a partner. I want our prospects to know that you truly have a vested partner in ensuring that they are successful in what they want to do. Aspire is one of those platforms that at first you think is only for Yardi, and it's more than that. It's training altogether. So you can train your entire staff with it. You can create your custom content. We'd love to partner with you and show you the ropes, but if you need to just use it, start using it right away, you're able to do that.
