My name is Amy Silva-Magalhaes. I'm the chief operating officer for The Bristol Assisted Living. The assets that we run within our Yardi platform are primarily assisted living, independent living and memory care. We have 26 assets throughout the northeast, primarily in the tri-state area. Throughout my long tenure in senior housing. Yardi has been the solution. That started with the CRM, which is your customer relations management system. We use the H.R, which is your electronic health care record. We did the EMR, which is your medication record. You name it, we did everything. And that was one of the benefits with Yardi because we had everything under one platform. I think that the accounting piece, as we grow, you know, we're we're located primarily in the tri-state area, but we're always looking at scale and we're always looking at how we can have efficiencies in our processes. And with Yardi and the accounting piece, we're able to customize reports, whether it's labor, whether it's with all of our separate entities that give real time data to our operators to be able to drive better business performance. As an organization, we chose to leave Yardi at one point, and we quickly came back and we quickly came back for a number of reasons. There is Client Central that offers training, support. Yardi has invested time and effort and resources into enhancing and optimizing their, their interfaces. They brought in a number of engineers, that listen to us operators. I have the privilege of being a part of the executive briefings and advisories. And, I believe that Yardi has listened to us as to what we need as an operator and continue to enhance their interfaces.
