My name is Eileen Rainer. My title is CFO. I work for the Bristol Assisted Living. I've been there for over 20 years. One of the challenges that we had in our previous financial system, was we have 26 locations. Each entity was a separate, siloed entity within the financial system. Yardi’s solution for us was the ability to give us real time financials, slice and dice data. We have different portfolios, different regions to do comparisons in any facet of whether it's cash, whether it's financial statements, whether it's wages. And just do all types of analytics. We're using it for the financial statement presentation and it is real time financials. So we have billing system going right flowing right into Yardi. So you can see what our wages are at any given time on on the wage side from ATP or the revenue side from our existing billing system. Another advantage that we have is now with Yardi. It's one chart of accounts across all the entities. With the siloed system, you have to create the general ledger and the chart of accounts individually between each entity. So now it's one chart of accounts, one vendor list. And it's just streamlined. All of our processes. One feature that has been the most valuable in Yardi is the financial statement presentation, and the ability to run multiple reports at one time and have them come out individually, which is tremendous and a tremendous time saver for us. And it allows us to respond quickly to partners. Voyager senior living. There are multiple facets of the system that allows us to eliminate redundancy. We have been able to upload all of our journal entries real time, without having to wait for a different accounting period to open up within our financial system to be able to simplify our check writing process, where in our previous environment it was a third party vendor that connected with our financial system. Now that we've been in Yardi for eight months, I know the system. I'm more willing to see what the other pieces are that can actually make our systems and processes even more efficient.
