Oh, yeah. You've heard. Just kidding. My name is Robert Delgado, and I'm with Westdale Asset Management. It was happening everywhere. And you don't find out until it's too late. You know, it isn't until you have to file eviction or they skip on you, and then you do a little more research, and then you find out, okay, well, yeah, they had a, you know, an eviction pending at the time of move in. Just the disconnect. There were there was just a disconnect when you're using a third party company and not necessarily the service wasn't necessarily bad. It wasn't a bad service. It was a good screening company that we were using before. But the integration wasn't there. So we were putting piece 1 and piece 2 together, you know, to make a complete, screening package, if you will. Number one integration. Number two support. Okay. Making sure that we have the right team who is going to help us get through, this transition in the screening companies. Just positive feedback from other industry professionals who are also using the Yardi screening. The way the workflow is built, it is pretty seamless. So it's easy. It's an easy process. You know, just one step flows into the next, flows into the next. It's all integrated. It's excellent. All the information is is stored in one place. No separate logins. So using the screening service that we have now, it's a much more, efficient. You know, the data is more readily available to help us prevent that. So that has been a big, big plus.
