One of the most fantastic things about Yardi is its scalability. Each time we've added a new site, getting a new one set up and transferring the chart of accounts and all of the information from our existing sites just makes the opening very simple and easy for our entire management team. Hi, my name is Channen Smith. I'm a franchise owner of Venture X and Office Evolution. Our company is a co-working business and we operate 12 sites in the metro Denver area. Our sites are full of members, which are small businesses to large companies. We chose Yardi Kube primarily because the Office Evolution team was using it already. Our Venture X team was using another system and we decided that Yardi was the best for our overall solution just because it was integrated, easy to use, great for our members, and it would be an easier transition for us to have one workplace management system versus having two different systems. With Yardi Voyager and Procure to Pay, we're able to have a fully integrated from point of sale system all the way to our financial system that we can know and control our costs from within our organization, as well as what revenues are coming in from our members. And even better is it has a vendor cafe system where we can sign up our vendors, have them log into our system, sign up, and we can use the system to submit bids, get bids, and really run all of our expenses seamlessly through the Yardi Voyager system. The Yardi IT Management system is great, and it allows our employees to log in and see our member's IT stuff on the network, and if there needs to be changes, they can change it. You know, if there's problems, they're able to manage that entire system. And from a member standpoint, the simplicity of use is fantastic. For the future of coworking, I'm super excited about the growth of our community. As people are moving away from traditional office space, they are coming to our spaces to work. And having a system like Yardi to enhance that member experience has really been great overall for the industry and the growth of our business.
