Our conversion rate previous was a very, very healthy 9% of the leads that come through during the period of our second month that jumped up to 16%. That's significant. You know that's a hundred leads you secure. Nine leases suddenly goes to uncured 16, so really, really good. Very positive. My name is Andy Hilditch and I am the Senior Director of marketing at Boxer Property. Boxer Property is a commercial real estate firm that owns and operates a number of large office buildings. The challenges were a number of things from Covid, obviously changing the typical office landscape, a large number of those companies decided to light our staff work from home and what has happened and happened quite rapidly has been the change in the amount of people coming back to work. What's also changed is the type of office they want to come back to work to. They want to be a lot more flexible. We wanted to continue to promote the spaces we had. We wanted to do it outside just of our own website. Being a part of their network was a really good way to expand our reach Commercial Cafe. The Yardi aggregator solution website with, along with Property Sharp, basically advertises huge amounts of space. People saw it as a very good, trusted resource. It's a real no brainer for us. It was a huge compliment to the website we have and allows businesses to seek out space and the listing sites provide a magnificent way to promote properties. One of the problems that a lot of owners and operators like Boxer Face is how do we make sure that when anybody else carries our information, they're carrying the most UpToDate most accurate information. Working with Yardi Commercial Edge and and and their websites has been an incredible innovative attitude to transferring information from our services to theirs. We have partnered with them in a series of APIs where we digitally transfer information over every 12 hours that absolutely revolutionizes the accuracy that not only are on their sites, but also mirrors the accuracy we have on our own website. Working with the guys has been fantastic because we just don't have that worry anymore. Leads have been great and been coming through into our pipeline, but we've also seen a considerable increase in closing our conversion rate previous was a very, very healthy 9% of the leads that come through that jumped up to 16%. That's significant. You secure nine leases suddenly goes to I'm secured 60. We're very happy that we are getting more leases. Surely it just comes down to lot. With so many available suites, over 100 plus properties in many states, the ability for us to have a platform that is national is fantastic. It massively multiplies our reach. We really benefit from the way they see the world and how they sort of are, are providing a solution to a very new market.
