(upbeat music) - Yardi is a one-stop shop for us. Hi, my name is Marianne Denlinger. I'm the chief financial officer of Providence Place Senior Living. We're located in South Central Pennsylvania. We have seven residential facilities for memory care and assisted living, and we're using procure to pay, we're using Voyager, we're using the resident portal RentCafe's. So one of the biggest things we loved is how integrated Yardi is. We are about a 50 million a year in revenue. Our accounting staff is three people. And Yardi's been a huge help with that. It's helped us with efficiency in closing and just in general being able to capture the data more efficiently. One of the benefits is being able to provide operations with consolidated reporting so that they can really see operationally how the facilities are performing. And with the quick turnaround in data, they're able to make decisions faster. When we implemented RentCafe in the resident portal, families are able to log into the portal, they're able to pay their bills online, they're able to see realtime statements so they know if mom got her hair that week or not. We're also able to share our bulletins, our announcements, upcoming events and activities that are happening at the facility. So they can really see what's happening in the building. Especially for those who maybe don't live close to a loved one, they really feel connected. If you're considering Yardi, do your homework, watch the demos, network with people. You may be doing it one way and it works, but there may be another way you could do it that's so much more efficient. So really just embracing into the Yardi family and, you know, taking on the products. And again, full integration has been wonderful. (logo whooshing)
