Hi, my name's Leslie Armstrong. I'm the area manager for Town Properties. I have about 15 properties that I oversee, all 15 used CRM and Yardi products. I was a little hesitant, thought that, you know, I could do it way better than any computer feels like somebody is working. When I can't work, when I'm at home with my family, I know that my offices are still being supported. People want us to be here 24 hours a day for their home. So he kind of kicks in and, and, and takes the place of us while we go rest and recoup. I've Definitely seen the bot and Rumi close a full lease and do a lease renewal from start to finish where I did not have to touch anything. He's helping with these basic questions where I could help, you know, a resident in the office. It helps take our load and, you know, put our energy where it needs to be on these leads. How do we balance our time in this demanding field, you know, of somebody's home, we've got, we've got this, we you wanna rent, you wanna do this, you want to do that? Remi has just helped and sometimes, I mean, he'll nurture a lease renewal or he'll, he'll nurture a, an actual application overnight, which I mean you couldn't ask for more than that. I would say since having the bot, the resident satisfaction obviously has went up because their questions are being taken care of immediately. It makes our customers feel like we're present again, when we're not here after hours or we're out on a tour or we're not able to answer the phone 'cause we're working with a prospect, Rumi is still nurturing those leads, even if it's just a quick question. You know, you want to get that engagement when someone's on your website. So I feel like chat IQ is helping us, you know, make sure that we are getting every response that we need to get out in a timely manner so we're not losing any of our precious leads that we need every day to run our businesses.
