I am Jacqueline Sala Hicks. I'm Vice President of Information Technology with Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Ever since everybody's using the same application, all the data is there. You already made it easy for you to pull certain reports. A lot of reports are already predefined. Most companies tend to use, uh, reporting to help guide their decision making and to track how well they're doing. So that is a big part of the housing authority to track our trends, KPIs, how we're managing our money and et cetera. They can do their re recertifications without even coming in. If they change their income, they don't have to come in. And I think that really benefits those who have, um, busy work schedules and can't take off from work just to do those things. They can do 'em anytime of the day, as long as they have access to the internet to get to the application. I like that. Now that we have kiosk, so we have them in certain locations, so if a resident does not have a scanner or anything like that, they can come in and use the scanner on a kiosk to upload their things to Rent Cafe. Those who are computer savvy, the younger generation knows how to take the picture and upload it. So I like that, think that about it. It's up and coming and staying with the trend of people moving more into the technical ram and I'm looking forward to see how it's gonna integrate with ai. We're going to use Case Manager to help us, um, manage all our calls that come into our call center, uh, and also the whole employees accountable to providing expert customer service to our resident. They trash your emails, who's, uh, responsible, who's been working on things. So if a resident calls and that person that you are working with is not there because they're on vacation or something, you can use case management to go and see what has been done. What's the next step? We are in the process of procuring, uh, the document management, uh, module using SharePoint. Right now we have paper files, they're in a room and it's going totally opposite of where the industry is going. So we are going, we're, um, looking forward to working with our project management, uh, team that yard is gonna provide to help us come up with a plan to move all our paper files into SharePoint. And the most beneficial part of it is being able to quickly access people's data in across different modules.
