From working with reach with our SEO strategy we have learned that SEO is truly the foundation of a strong marketing strategy. My name is Devin Mendez. I am the marketing and branding manager at prg real estate at prg. I oversee our portfolio of 42 properties in the Southeast and Midwest and I always like to describe prg as a 35 year old startup. It started as a family business with one community and has grown and expand to 250 plus organization prg began working with reach for SEO services in March of 2020 prior to our switch. We were with an agency that adapted a more set it and forget it approach to SEO. There was no contact there was no reporting. So there was really no value being added from an SEO perspective to our portfolio since working with reach. We've seen a tremendous growth in our first year with using reach. We saw a 189% increase in year over year organic traffic during our last lease. Then our return on ad spend was 537 meaning that for every dollar spent. We got 537 back in Revenue, which in total came out to seven million dollars and net rental income another way to look at that is our SEO return on ad spend was 2500% higher than our second best performing Source. SEO was our lowest marketing cost with the highest return during this time frame SEO drove over 450 leases at a very low cost per release less than $30, which is phenomenal our ultimate goal after seeing how well SEO performs for our portfolio is to have a marketing mix of our SEO and PPC efforts supported by one really well-performing Iowa per property. I see our partnership with reg SEO as an extension of my own team. It makes me so confident to have a like reach in my corner.
