My name is Juan Garcia and I work at the Housing Authority, the county Santa Barbara. And my role there is, uh, director of Information Technology. So I oversee the entire IT department, All The programs that we manage. They're not the easiest. I mean, sometimes you have layered, uh, programs within the same building, I guess you would say. So we have tax credits, we have project based Section eight, housing Choice Vouchers, home, RDAC, DBG, and some of our developments and some, and some, they're actually layered on every single one of those properties. So it makes it using Yardi easier to manage all those developments. You're not working with past data or a week old data. You're working with live data, you know, and the dashboards themselves that reflect the information that you need up front. Like I can log into Mainten site QNC, where we have so many vacancies coming up, or we have so many future vacancies that are coming up. The nice thing about it's that when somebody's put on notice in Voyager, that syncs with maintenance IQ automatically, you know, and being able to see that and being able to also see the dates that are coming when the move out dates schedule for you can proactively prepare for those premo out inspections, move out inspections or anything along the, the process of an actual mobile. It's dynamic enough that you can set it to a point where it goes from one department to another for approval, pre-approval. And then you can also set what's called watchers in there, where if you really just wanna know how many cases are out there, what they're about, uh, you can be set as a watcher, which is another nice feature about it. Change is inevitable with technology. The sooner we embrace it, the sooner we'll overcome it.
