I am Samuel Lopez, director of Yardi Systems at Pinrose Management Company out of Philadelphia. We just also migrated our payment processing. You know, we were using another company. Now everything is Yardi. We've used check scan for so many years. The online piece was a kind of like a no brainer. And, you know, we have, we were seeing in our portfolio, we was heavy on checks, you know, so we were, when we first started that migration, we were at like 8,000 or so checks, like paper checks. And we are seeing gradually changing, doing, seeing a shift. So now we're getting like 60% of our residents going online or using WIPs or using even the mobile app to do their, uh, check scanning or money order or, you know, and getting used to that, the new way of, of making payments and, and just trying to teach them the benefits of it, especially our seniors. You know, sometimes with our seniors it could be hard, uh, but it's all on the delivery. It's all on, um, how you speak to 'em, uh, uh, including, you know, non-speaking, uh, non-English speaking, um, residents. Um, and I have, you know, firsthand account with one of our residents where, you know, they were trying to figure all this stuff out and, and the manager called and I said, of course I'll speak to them. And, you know, I explained it to them. They immediately called their siblings saying, Hey, my daughter lives here too. Can you explain that to her? And I did that same night I saw, I was able to see that they went to one of the WIPs location, made their payment and, you know, was submitting to our system. So that would, that was like a real result.
