- If I could describe the value of Yardi in one sentence, I would say Yardi does everything. (bright gentle music) I am Natalina Rettew. I'm the head of asset management at Trion Properties. We currently own 6,000 units nationwide. 5,000 of those are vertically integrated. We manage them. We've been a Yardi client for two years. Yardi is the brand name in property management software. We made the change from our previous provider in order to have all of the products under one umbrella and to be able to go to one source for that data. The platform's easy to navigate. It's very intuitive. It was really just me over time playing around in the software and figuring things out. We have a very good relationship now with the account support and kind of corporate support that we get. They were very quick to answer our questions and point us in the right direction. The success that we had was that we hired a regional manager, brand new to our platform, and she was able to hit the ground running day one because she already had used Yardi for many years. So that was a huge win for us to not miss a beat. I believe that using Yardi does give us a competitive edge in going after third-party management. I see us growing with Yardi in the future. It's been a great experience. And as we go to scale, having a partner like Yardi is incredibly important. (bright gentle music)
