My name is Courtney Sendzimer and I am the Director of Technology at Peak Properties in Chicago, and I am responsible for all things Yardi for our mid-rise high-rise division. Voyager does a lot of things. The general interface, right? People love the way it looks. It's it's prettier. It does have a sleeker, more modern look. And some of the things just pop out at you more so it's easier to navigate through. As someone who has worked in multiple verticals, right. Voyager hits all of them. So Voyager can do affordable if you need it. They do do residential. They if you want to pick up a condo building commercial, any of them and they do all of those things really, really great. And so from the core accounting perspective of the software, all of those things also being the run it being able to run off the same software system is great, right? The feedback from accounting is always super positive on Yardi. They they all really like using it. And that's obviously a key component. But also Yardi is been making changes along the way. So like we said a second ago, like there's so many new things compared to when when it started, they're taking the feedback, they're listening, and they're constantly developing new products. Direct communication via text via email within Voyager. Right? There's no having to go into a CRM to do something completely in a separate area. It all exists in Voyager, and then you can see those messages coming back in and out, and it's tracking everything in in their history area. So you're seeing all of those communications, that activity tab, you know you can just click on the little icon or little box and it it's the fly out window. You can see that that history. You can see every message back and forth. And that's from prospect all the way through. And everything is all in one place. It's been interesting to see how the product has changed over the years. Some of the stuff on the core backend, right? They're not trying to recreate the product. They're trying to enhance it. So I will say it's been great to see how everything has improved over the years and all the different things that come out that once they started using it really is constantly going through the time, the effort, the work, the investment, the development to create new products that meet our needs and then continue to enhance the products that they have. Constantly, you know, new releases, feature updates, making sure these products are continuing to grow. I love Yardi. I'll say it.
