- We have been a Yardi client for a long time, and of course, from the residents' perspectives, what's their experience? So I'm actually excited to tell you that I am a resident in our buildings during the week, and I did have to enroll in the program. So I can tell you firsthand, it was very, very simple. (upbeat music) (transition whooshing) My name is Cindy Fisher, I'm the president of Kettler. Kettler's been in the industry for almost 50 years. We are a developer, investor, investment manager, as well as an operator. I think the big issue that was out there for us and for our clients was the fact that we really just didn't have a good handle on making sure our renters had insurance and that they were compliant with that insurance. So when we decided to look across the market and make a decision on what we were gonna do with renter's insurance, Yardi came through in full, you know, blazing colors of our selection. Easy to integrate, easy to execute, provided all the components that we were looking for in a good insurance program to implement across our whole entire portfolio. Ultimately, with resident shield insurance, what's our goal? Our goal is to get to 100% compliance. We want every resident to have insurance. With this program, it allows us to do that easily and also track not only the residents that are on resident shield insurance, but some prefer to bring in their own insurance, but we know where that gap is. If they don't renew and we don't get the information, they go on the master policy and that dashboard gives us all the information we need on that coverage. That is a huge risk mitigator for us as operators in this industry. I know the future is bright and beautiful, as we're working with Yardi on all of these fronts, we're adding the most value to our clients and our residents, that is going to further enable our ability to further centralize more operations as we move forward and build that capacity, and quite frankly, profitability for Kettler. So one-stop shopping, frictionless. You can't get better than that. (transition whooshing)
