Speaker 1: My name is David Ferreira. I'm the regional manager in the Texas region, Elandis owns and manages apartment communities throughout Texas Alabama and Florida And altogether we're a little over 4,000 units One of the issues that we had ongoing before ResidentShield Power was the vacant electric charges. It used to take several months before we found out if anyone had canceled power and it transferred over into our name or if there were any charges that new residents needed to be charged for because power wasn't established in their name at the time of move in. It was honestly a very smooth transition. We had a previous electric provider, and when ResidentShield took over, it was very seamless. So ResidentShield dashboard actually helps us ensure that residents have power established in their names. And that way we're not paying for an occupied unit's electricity I can confirm that anywhere from three to four hundred dollars a month in savings from prior to the transition and now So it definitely speaks for itself It is actually very easy. We do offer it during the application process and it's the easiest way to go Residents can just apply online and set it up with their move in and not have to worry about searching for another service provider and provide us with proof The proof would already be in our system. One of our employees that lives on site, transitioned over to ResidentShield Power and transitioned over very easily. currently all of our Texas properties are offering ResidentShield Power One of our properties is using it for their vacant and common area electric. We honestly were testing it out and after four months we love it and we'd like to transition it into the other properties. Once those agreements expire with the other electric service provider.
