Hello, I am Bronwyn Har, the Vice President of Asset Management for lor. LOR is a commercial real estate company specializing in retail properties and our portfolio trends up to 3 million. Um, at any given time, when we were looking for software, we were looking for a comprehensive system that would improve efficiencies, and Yardi fit the bill across our portfolio. It met everybody's needs. I liked the way that P two P made it possible to keep all the information in one place. The PT P system makes it possible to file all of the appropriate documents and all backup in one place that stays with the contract for the lifetime of the contract. Entering a service contract and service contract manager is very easy. The fields that you fill out are consistent from contract to contract, and it does not require a lot of intuitive decisions by the team. It's just the same facts every time, same backup every time, fast and easy goes through a workflow and gets approved quickly. We find that the vendors are much more efficient with their invoicing. The invoices are often uploaded on the first day of the month by the vendors directly into vendor cafe requiring no data entry from our team. They attach their own pos and the invoices are ready to go for their one step approval, which is all we require on service contracts and service contracts only because of the good approval process within Service Contract Manager, I run the auto post history the most because it tells me which vendors do not have current insurance and cannot have a PO generated for the period, which is an important matter. And it's a first line of defense on ensuring that our service contract vendors have insurance and are able to provide the services at our properties. I find that yardi's complete package of systems that integrate, make our jobs so much easier. Service contracts tie into payables, rent rolls, tie into budgeting, CapEx ties into budgets, into budgeting, into payables. It's the efficiencies. I find. All of the efficiencies with the integrated platforms within Yardi make my life much easier. And Service Contract Manager is definitely an important part of that process.
