- One of the best parts of Forecast IQ has been the time and efficiency that our teams have experienced using this system. (upbeat music) My name is Jared Gigliotti. I'm the Managing Director at Residential Property Management at Lerner Corporation. We are owner, operator, developer of commercial real estate. We have trophy office buildings, retail, residential, and we are primarily in the Washington DC metro area. So we decided to choose Forecast IQ as our future budgeting system because we were already using Yardi, and we upgraded to a full Yardi stack, and Forecast IQ also gave us the opportunity to bring in the assumptions and the drivers for our budgeting within the system itself. Everything is connected. All of our reports, all of our information, all of our data pools from the various platforms and the various services that Yardi offers, from financial reporting, to budgeting, to leasing, all that information is pulled directly into the Forecast IQ system. So we decided in 2025 to reforecast in preparation for budgeting for 2026. Not only was it easy and simple to update the numbers, you could import actuals and then adjust the future periods, and the result was, in preparing for 2026 budget, we feel we have a much more accurate depiction of what the future is going to look like. (upbeat music continues) All they talked about was how much better this process felt, and their entire experience was much improved over budgeting in prior years. They felt more comfortable, relaxed, more energized to do this budget. The advice I would give to other multifamily operators who are thinking about switching to Forecast IQ is go for it, it gives folks an opportunity to leave other systems, Excel, pieces of paper, behind, so I would highly recommend it for anyone.
