(soft music) - Once we implemented eMAR, we have zero med errors, which is great. My name is Carol Downey. I am the Yardi System Manager at Brightview Senior Living. The thing that I like most about the Voyager Senior Housing Platform is that we have a lot of control over how we configure our system, and we have a lot of support from the Yardi side when we wanna make something happen and it isn't already built in. Because we are such a large organization, we have a lot of data being entered into our database. We had several communities that were using a completely separate system, and that system wasn't cloud-based, so it was really hard to reconcile the pharmacy orders with the resident profile in the Yardi database. The feature that's most valuable to us and probably to most of the users of eMAR, is the fact that it is integrated directly with the pharmacy. We don't have to have a system outside of Yardi that we're pulling medication data into. We have that being sent directly through the interface, and then that way we can put it directly on the resident profile. So now that we have everything connected to the resident profile, we can see immediately once those orders come in, we can verify them right then and there, and then it attaches to the resident. Then we will use the Scheduler Reporting, so it eliminates the need for our users to go in there and download their own reports. Things will just get sent directly to them. Our resident assistants or our med techs will go into their apartments with the data right there next to them. It's solved a lot of problems that we've had.
