I am Samuel Lopez, director of Yardi Systems at Pinrose Management Company out of Philadelphia. We have properties in Northeast, southeast, Southwest. We're starting to look at, uh, Midwest, uh, like Denver, and we work with the PHA out of Philadelphia, New Jersey, DC and Georgia Housing Authority. Uh, so really, really expanding and, and growing our, our portfolio with, with all the different programs that the industry has to offer. We didn't really have good insight into our, what was going on with our, you know, our team members. Our classes reporting was very hard and, and the fact that the Yardi content was wasn't in there. Uh, so we just, you know, migrated to Aspire and it's like night and day. Uh, you know, we're now, we're able to see what's going on with our team members. We're able to create custom learning plans, but also use what Yardi already has to offer and are able to do a real robust, um, intake process. So our intake process for new, for new, uh, staff members is a very rigor, rigorous, um, 90 hours or so of like different types of training. Not just Yarding, but also just policies and, and different things that they should know. And the great thing is he already has it, and we have to just make very little changes to add our own personal, you know, spin to it. But it's, it's been great. I.
