- Yardi is basically my everything role. It's been able to kind of bring us all together into one platform, integrate all of our work together to be able to produce what our ownerships need. (soft bright music) My name is Crystil Haas, and I am the director of Compliance and Technical Compliance for Hyder Property Management Professionals here in San Diego. We manage San Diego County. We have a lot out in the desert, Riverside County, some up north, a little further towards Sacramento area, and we also have a Hawaii chapter. Prior to implementing Aspire, we were using many different platforms. Our forms were in one program, our learning center was in another, and at the pace we were growing at the time, it was physically impossible to keep up with the amount of training and you know, staff turnover. I would say the ability to train multiple people at one time is a huge game changer. You can do 150 as opposed to 10, you know, however many can come to the class. And to have someone be able to take all of those courses, let's say their first week, you know, before even stepping onto the field, so to speak, and feel absolutely 100% trained in all of the areas, it's so great. The savings there, and cost of travel, cost of stay, and different things like that. Technology is just growing like crazy, and it's probably the most important thing to be able to research, to have information at, you know, at your fingertips at all times is absolutely necessary and it's a huge game changer. Our COO says, "What you can measure, you can make better." And I think that Yardi has been huge in measuring all aspects of what makes us a management company is great. It's only helping us to learn and to grow and to be a better company. (soft bright music)
