My name is Arlene Delgado. I am a leasing specialist here at Whispering Creek in San Antonio, Texas, and I work under Highmark Residential. It definitely breaks down the tasks of a leasing specialist in very simple forms. It's just really a step by step. So long as you're just kind of following along from prospect to tour to lease, there's no way you can mess it up. I feel like it really simplifies the screening process, the full approval process, um, versus what I was used to before. I think I really enjoy the, um, the aspect of just communication overall. I feel like it simplifies it and, um, it just keeps it real organized in a sense where I can always reference back if I need to go over, um, what exactly I talked about with a certain prospect. And it even stretches out to like residents as well. I don't feel that, um, you know, where my prospects are not getting taken care of. I feel like they are in that sense while I'm out doing something. Um, that pressure is kind of off of me a little bit. It kind of separates us from our competitors to be able to have a bot there that's able to nurture that interest. I don't have to immediately respond with an email. I mean, mark, the, the bot will take care of that for me. Thankfully, this leasing bot does handle a lot of, um, activities that I would've otherwise handled. I think it, it has improved, um, basically efficiency. Um, my time management, it was pretty much on me to be able to go in, talk to these prospects, kind of have that urgency right away. Um, basically I feel like my time was divided in trying to, um, speak with my residents, but then also try to come back and try to as quickly and as personably, um, speak to my prospects in that sense. So I feel like it really saves me so much time Overall, Um, residents are happier. They are able to see that the impact of this new, um, technology, they get reminders for when rent is due. Um, other items that are super important that, you know, that are, that it's able to take care of for Us.
