My name's Nathan Bletchley. I'm the Executive Director of Hawking Metropolitan Housing Authority. I am Kristen Sutton Bletchley, and I'm the Director of Operations and Finance. It allowed an accessibility to all of our clients, um, the vendors, our partners, having the ability to, um, get information to us and from us without the foot traffic, without the calls. Our call volume dropped by 70% when we switched to Rent Cafe, which was huge for us, it helped us streamline a lot of processes. Yeah. So we were able to do things much faster. We saved so much time that we reduced our staff by 1.5 FTEs. Yeah. 'cause we had all the systems in, uh, rent Cafe, no more somebody else having to scan a file. Nobody at all that stuff, which is sitting in, we put two computers in our lobby for folks and it just went smooth as can be. And that was during COVID, so, you know, The ability to add additional products. So for us, the HR department was able to just add our material right to it. So we were able to consistently make sure every single person was getting the same material, the same code of conduct, the same harassment policy, uh, fair Housing. We figured That it basically doubled the value of our training dollars. Yeah. The investment that we put into Aspire has more than paid for itself. Yeah. Twice over. Yes, absolutely. As an administrator, you can go in and see, okay, did they really sit down and watch this? Or did they just go through the cycle, take the test, oh, I didn't get it. Go through the cycle, take the test, and you can see all that data on the back end. And so you know exactly who's really participating and who's not. Our property managers are looking at the finances for their properties and the maintenance times. And so everybody's working from the same set of data, from the same set of information on a daily basis. Even if I have somebody who doesn't have a vast history or experience in calculating five eights or looking at income and exclusions and everything is searchable, the intuitive nature of the software and the workflows lend itself to, uh, you know, improving compliance for us.
