Positive vibes, Of course. My name is Matt Sea Sho. I'm the director of Yardi's Smart Home Department, which, uh, controls the Home IQ product and also the self-guided tour product. Yardi Smart Home Technology is differentiated because of its connectedness to the rest of your workflow processes and the data that you have in your Yardi ecosystem. When you do a move in or a move out in Voyager or in CRM, that data and the commands automatically flow through the Yardi Cloud to those devices on the unit and also throughout the building. Upon move out, that access will automatically be revoked. You don't have to collect a key, you don't have to worry about whether or not they've made copies of a key. It all happens automatically and digitally and you can now control it much more effectively. One of the best use cases for smart home technology is catching issues, uh, quicker than you would if, uh, the devices were offline. Having those devices be connected to the cloud through the smart home allows you to avoid catastrophic events. There's a window that's been left open, uh, somebody's turned the heat off in the winter and now you're gonna have frozen pipes. The building, uh, it can save tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars and also save on your insurance premiums 'cause you're now avoiding those catastrophic events that the insurance company would've to pay out. We've had excellent client feedback. We've been in this business for a few years now, uh, and most of our clients have started with a property or two or three. All of our clients have expanded upon their initial implementation and we're now getting clients that are signing up their entire portfolio. People want to do it more and sooner and faster now because there really are NOI benefits and they want to capture that additional revenue because Smart Home is viewed as an amenity today.
